Atobits is a web-based habit tracking application that allows users to create, track, and analyze personal habits. The Service includes visual progress tracking, streak monitoring, analytics, and data-driven suggestions based on behavioral science principles.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address or signing in through a supported authentication provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. We offer Monthly and Yearly plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@atobits.app for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of the Service are owned by Atobits and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. User Data

You retain ownership of all habit data and personal information you provide to the Service. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atobits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination
